Role
What you will do
- Carry out assigned construction, finishing, or site-support work to supervisor instructions.
- Prepare, move, and use tools and materials safely within the assigned work area.
- Follow site drawings, measurements, quality checks, and daily production targets relevant to the trade.
- Use required personal protective equipment and report hazards or damaged equipment promptly.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to keep work areas orderly and productive.
Candidate profile
What we are looking for
- Relevant construction or site experience; skilled positions may require a practical trade test.
- Ability to perform physical work outdoors and work assigned shifts when required.
- Basic understanding of construction safety, tools, and teamwork.
- Valid travel documents and medical fitness before deployment.
- Willingness to follow employer, BMET, and destination-country procedures.
